Ingredients
- 4 large bell peppers
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup cauliflower rice
- 1 cup shredded cheese

- Olive oil for cooking
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut tops off bell peppers and remove seeds.
