- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- ½ cup cucumber, finely diced
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine Greek yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Stir until smooth.
- Add diced cucumber and fresh dill. Mix well.
- Fold in cooked chicken until evenly coated.
- Chill for at least 20 minutes to allow flavors to blend.
- Serve in wraps, over greens, in lettuce cups, or with pita.
