Description
Turkey Stuffing Balls are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, turning holiday leftovers into a delicious crowd-pleasing appetizer.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups leftover stuffing
- 1 cup cooked turkey, finely chopped
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- ¼ cup chicken or vegetable broth (just enough to moisten)
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: 2 tbsp chopped parsley for freshness
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly grease it.
- In a large bowl, mix together stuffing, turkey, egg, broth, melted butter, and parsley until well combined. The mixture should hold together when pressed.
- Roll the mixture into golf ball-sized rounds (about 12) and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy on the outside.
- Serve warm with gravy, cranberry sauce, or a drizzle of melted butter.
Notes
- Use day-old stuffing for best texture.
- If the mixture seems too loose, add a tablespoon or two more stuffing.
- For extra freshness, sprinkle with parsley before baking (optional).
- Serve with gravy or cranberry sauce for dipping.
