Description

Traditional Corn Dip is a creamy, cheesy, and perfectly spiced crowd-pleaser perfect for parties.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups corn kernels (fresh, frozen, or canned and drained)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 small jalapeño, finely diced (optional for spice)
  • ¼ cup green onions, chopped
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp chopped cilantro (optional for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) if serving warm.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine corn, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, jalapeño, green onions, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  3. Transfer to a small baking dish and bake for 20–25 minutes until hot and bubbly.
  4. For a chilled version, skip baking and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
  5. Garnish with cilantro or extra green onions and serve with tortilla chips, crackers, or veggie sticks.
