- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- ½ cup milk
- 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots
- Optional: chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef with chopped onion until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and onion powder. Stir and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in cream of mushroom soup and milk until smooth and creamy.
- Spread the beef mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the beef layer.
- Arrange frozen tater tots evenly on top.
- Bake uncovered for 35–40 minutes, or until tater tots are crispy and golden.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish if desired.
