  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 (32 oz) bag frozen tater tots
  • Fresh parsley or green onions, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Set to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Cook the beef: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and onion. Cook until beef is browned and onion is softened. Drain grease and season with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
  3. Make the creamy filling: Stir in cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, cheddar cheese, and corn (if using). Mix until creamy.
