- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp honey or brown sugar
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp oil (sesame or vegetable)
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast or thighs, sliced thin

- 1 tsp chili flakes (optional, for heat)
- Sesame seeds, for garnish
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, and rice vinegar. Set aside.
- Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet or wok, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until golden and cooked through, about 5–6 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, add garlic and sauté 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in the sauce mixture and simmer 1–2 minutes until thickened and sticky.
- Add noodles and cooked chicken to the sauce, tossing to coat evenly.
- Stir in green onions and chili flakes (if using). Garnish with sesame seeds and serve hot.
Notes
- You can substitute chicken with shrimp or tofu for variety.
- Use gluten-free soy sauce and oyster sauce if needed to keep the dish gluten-free.
- For an extra glossy finish, simmer the sauce a little longer until very sticky.
- Serve with extra sesame seeds or chopped fresh cilantro for extra aroma.
