  • 2 cups water

Instructions

  1. Cook the beef: In a large skillet or oven-safe pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef, onion, and bell pepper. Cook until beef is browned and veggies are soft. Drain excess grease.
  2. Add sauce ingredients: Stir in garlic, tomato sauce, ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
