- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cups baby potatoes, halved
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C) and line a large sheet pan with parchment paper or foil.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, olive oil, garlic, salt, black pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
- Place vegetables on the sheet pan and drizzle with half of the garlic butter mixture. Toss to coat evenly.
- Spread vegetables into an even layer and roast for 15 minutes.
- Remove pan from oven, add sliced steak, and drizzle with remaining garlic butter mixture.
- Toss gently and spread steak and veggies evenly on the pan.
- Return to oven and roast for 10–12 minutes, or until steak is cooked to your liking and vegetables are tender.
- Optional: broil for 1–2 minutes for extra caramelization.
- Garnish if desired and serve immediately.
