Pumpkin-Shaped Sliders are adorable, festive, and delicious bite-sized treats that are perfect for fall parties, Halloween gatherings, and Thanksgiving appetizers.

- 1 lb ground beef, turkey, or chicken
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 12 slider buns (or small dinner rolls)
- 6 slices cheddar cheese, cut into small squares
- Mini pretzel sticks (for pumpkin stems)
- Fresh parsley or basil leaves (for garnish leaves)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix ground meat with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Form into 12 mini patties.
- Cook patties in a skillet or grill over medium heat for 3-4 minutes per side until cooked through.
- Slice slider buns in half. Place patties on the bottoms, top with cheese, and cover with bun tops.
- Lightly press bun tops with a knife or kitchen string to create pumpkin ridges. Bake for 5 minutes to warm through and melt cheese.
- Insert a small pretzel stick into the top of each bun as a pumpkin stem. Add a parsley or basil leaf for garnish.
- Serve warm and enjoy your festive sliders!

- Gluten-free option: use gluten-free slider buns.
- To make ahead, cook patties, refrigerate, and assemble just before serving.
