Description
Pumpkin Oreo Balls are cute, creamy, and dangerously delicious no-bake treats for fall, made with just five ingredients and shaped like mini pumpkins.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 (14 oz) package Oreo cookies
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups orange candy melts (or white chocolate + orange coloring)
- Mini pretzel sticks or green M&Ms (for pumpkin stems)
- 1 tsp coconut oil (optional, for smoother melting)
Instructions
- Crush Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or rolling pin.
- In a bowl, mix crushed Oreos with cream cheese until well combined and dough-like.
- Roll the mixture into small 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined tray.
- Chill for 20–30 minutes in the fridge or 10 minutes in the freezer until firm.
- Melt candy melts (with coconut oil if using) until smooth. Dip each chilled ball into the coating, letting the excess drip off.
- Place a small pretzel piece or green M&M on top to resemble a pumpkin stem.
- Chill until set and serve!
Notes
- Keep the balls small (about 1 inch) for easy bite size.
- Chill times can be increased for firmer coating.
- If chocolate coating thickens, re-melt with a few seconds in microwave.
- Store leftovers in fridge in an airtight container for up to 3–4 days.
- For a vegan option, use dairy-free cream cheese and vegan candy melts.
