  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 3/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 large egg

  5. Spoon the batter into the prepared pan, filling each cavity about ¾ full.

  7. Let cool slightly, then dip each donut hole in melted butter and roll in cinnamon sugar.
  8. Serve warm for the ultimate cozy treat!

Notes

  • Best served warm the day they are baked.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days; reheat briefly in a 325°F oven if desired.
  • You can substitute applesauce for half the oil to make a lighter version.
