- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
- 16 small cubes mozzarella or cheddar cheese
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Separate biscuit dough and cut each biscuit in half.
- Flatten each piece slightly and place a cube of cheese in the center.
- Wrap dough around cheese and seal tightly to form a ball.
- Place seam-side down on prepared baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, parsley, and salt.
- Brush garlic butter generously over each dough ball.
- Sprinkle with grated Parmesan.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm for the best cheesy pull.
Notes
- You can substitute mozzarella with cheddar if you prefer a sharper cheese.
- For extra flavor, add a pinch more garlic powder or garlic salt to the butter mixture.
