- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 ½ cups white chocolate chips, melted and cooled slightly
- 1 ½ cups heavy cream, whipped to stiff peaks
- 1 tsp peppermint extract
- 1 cup chopped peppermint bark or chocolate peppermint candies
- 1 cup whipped cream
- Crushed candy canes or peppermint candies
- Extra peppermint bark pieces (optional)
Instructions
- Mix cookie crumbs with melted butter and press firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Chill while preparing the filling.
- Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Stir in melted white chocolate and peppermint extract.
- Gently fold in whipped cream until combined, then fold in chopped peppermint bark.
- Spread filling evenly over the crust, smoothing the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight until set.
- Before serving, top with whipped cream, crushed candy canes, and extra peppermint bark.
