Description
Pecan Pie Crescent Rolls are a quick, indulgent treat where flaky crescent pastry hides a gooey maple-pecan filling reminiscent of mini pecan pies.

- 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
- ½ cup chopped pecans
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp salt
- Powdered sugar (optional, for dusting)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, combine chopped pecans, brown sugar, maple syrup, melted butter, cinnamon, and salt. Mix until well combined.
- Unroll the crescent dough and separate into triangles.
- Spoon 1 tablespoon of pecan filling onto the wide end of each triangle, then roll tightly toward the point.
- Place rolls on the prepared baking sheet, seam side down.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes or until golden brown and crisp.
- Optional: dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with caramel sauce before serving.
