Description

Pecan Pie Crescent Rolls are a quick, indulgent treat where flaky crescent pastry hides a gooey maple-pecan filling reminiscent of mini pecan pies.


Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • ½ cup chopped pecans
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • Powdered sugar (optional, for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, combine chopped pecans, brown sugar, maple syrup, melted butter, cinnamon, and salt. Mix until well combined.
  3. Unroll the crescent dough and separate into triangles.
  4. Spoon 1 tablespoon of pecan filling onto the wide end of each triangle, then roll tightly toward the point.
  5. Place rolls on the prepared baking sheet, seam side down.
  6. Bake for 10–12 minutes or until golden brown and crisp.
  7. Optional: dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with caramel sauce before serving.
