One-Pan Cheeseburger Pie Dinner: a quick, comforting bake that brings all the cheeseburger flavors into one easy pan for a family-friendly weeknight meal.

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp paprika
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 prepared pie crust
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tsp yellow mustard
- 2 tbsp chopped pickles (optional)
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a pie dish and press in the pie crust.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain excess fat if needed.
- Add onion and garlic and sauté for 2–3 minutes until softened. Season with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
- Spread the beef mixture evenly into the prepared pie crust and sprinkle cheese over the top.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, ketchup, and mustard until smooth.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly over the beef and cheese. Sprinkle pickles on top if using.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until the center is set and the crust is golden.
- Let rest for 5 minutes, garnish if desired, and slice to serve.
Notes
- Optional pickles and parsley garnish add extra tang and color.
- Let the pie rest for 5 minutes before slicing for clean cuts.
- Best served with a simple salad or steamed vegetables for balance.
