- 1 tbsp olive oil

- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 package (20 oz) refrigerated cheese tortellini
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain excess fat if needed.
- Add onion and cook for 2–3 minutes until softened. Stir in garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
- Stir in marinara sauce, beef broth, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
- Add tortellini and stir to coat evenly in sauce.
- Bring to a gentle simmer for 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan evenly over the top.
- Transfer skillet to oven and bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let rest for 5 minutes, garnish if desired, and serve warm.
