Description

Ingredients

  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar

  • 1 ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice (or 1 tsp cinnamon + ¼ tsp nutmeg + ¼ tsp ginger)
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips or almond bark (for coating, optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix pumpkin puree, cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and pumpkin pie spice until smooth.
  2. Stir in graham cracker crumbs until the mixture thickens into a dough-like consistency.
  3. Chill in the refrigerator for 30–40 minutes until firm enough to roll.
  4. Roll into 1-inch balls.
  5. Optional: Melt white chocolate and dip each ball, then roll in graham crumbs or drizzle with extra chocolate.
