Description
No-Bake Mini Banana Cream Pies are bite-sized, creamy desserts with a graham or vanilla wafer crust, banana cream filling, and whipped topping—ready in minutes with no oven required.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 1/2 cups crushed vanilla wafers or graham crackers
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 (3.4 oz) box instant banana pudding mix
- 1 cup cold milk
- 1/2 cup heavy cream or whipped topping
- 1 ripe banana, thinly sliced
- Whipped cream or Cool Whip, for topping
- Crushed cookies or banana slices for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine crushed cookies, melted butter, and sugar. Mix until crumbly.
- Spoon the mixture into mini cupcake liners or ramekins, pressing down gently to form a crust. Chill for 10 minutes.
- In another bowl, whisk pudding mix with milk until thickened, about 2 minutes.
- Fold in whipped cream to make the filling light and fluffy.
- Layer banana slices over the crust, then spoon or pipe the banana cream mixture on top.
- Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Garnish with whipped cream and extra cookie crumbs or banana slices.
Notes
- Chill time helps the crust set; you can refrigerate longer for a firmer crust.
- For a lighter version, use light whipped topping or dairy-free whipped topping.
- Use mini muffin tins or ramekins to keep portions uniform.
- Yields about 12 mini pies.
