- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs (or digestive biscuit crumbs)

- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix condensed milk, coconut, graham crumbs, brown sugar, vanilla, and salt until fully combined. The mixture should be thick and sticky.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30–45 minutes to firm up.
- Using your hands or a small scoop, roll the mixture into 1-inch balls.
- Optional: roll in cocoa powder, dip in melted chocolate, or leave plain.
- Refrigerate until firm and serve chilled.

- Store balls in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
