Description

Mini Cinnamon Apple Fritters are warm, crispy bites coated in a sweet vanilla glaze—the ultimate fall indulgence.


Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 medium apple, peeled and finely diced
  • Oil for frying
  • For the vanilla glaze:
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, whisk egg, milk, and vanilla. Combine wet and dry ingredients, then fold in diced apples.
  3. Heat oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C).
  4. Drop small spoonfuls of batter into the oil and fry for 1–2 minutes per side until golden brown.
  5. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  6. In a small bowl, mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
  7. Dip warm fritters in the glaze or drizzle over the top. Serve immediately!
