- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt or sour cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil or melted butter (optional for richness)
- Chopped parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- Pat chicken breasts dry and season both sides with salt and pepper. Place them in the baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix together Greek yogurt (or sour cream), Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, and olive oil if using.
- Spread the creamy mixture evenly over the top of each chicken breast.
- Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and the topping is golden brown.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley for a fresh touch.
- Serve with roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, or a side salad for a complete meal.
