  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt or sour cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or melted butter (optional for richness)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
