Loaded Bacon Cheeseburger Pasta is a creamy, comforting pasta dish that brings the flavors of a loaded bacon cheeseburger to the table.

- 12 oz pasta (rotini or penne)
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1½ cups milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp paprika
- 2 tbsp chopped green onions or parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain excess fat if needed.
- Add onion and sauté for 2–3 minutes until softened. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Stir in milk and heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Add cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Stir until melted and creamy.
- Add cooked pasta and crumbled turkey bacon. Toss until fully coated in the sauce.
- Simmer for 2–3 minutes until thickened.
- Garnish if desired and serve warm.
Notes
- Leftovers reheat well; reheat gently on the stovetop with a splash of milk if needed.
- Substitute regular bacon for turkey bacon if desired.
- For extra creaminess, add a little more cheese to taste.
