Description

Loaded Bacon Cheeseburger Alfredo Pasta is a creamy, indulgent mash-up of two comfort foods—alfredo pasta and cheeseburger flavors, featuring ground beef, turkey bacon, and melty cheese tossed with pasta for a hearty skillet meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 oz pasta (penne, rotini, or fettuccine)
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 6 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 ½ cups heavy cream (or half-and-half for lighter version)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Chopped green onions or parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Cook the beef: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef, season with salt, pepper, and paprika, and cook until browned. Drain excess grease and remove from skillet.
  3. Make the sauce: In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in cheddar and Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
  4. Combine: Add cooked pasta, ground beef, and crumbled turkey bacon to the sauce. Stir to coat everything evenly in the cheesy Alfredo goodness.
  5. Finish & serve: Sprinkle with green onions or parsley and serve immediately for the ultimate comfort food experience.

Notes

  • You can use half-and-half instead of heavy cream for a lighter version.
  • Turkey bacon adds a crisp, lighter texture compared to regular bacon.
  • This dish is rich and hearty; serves 4–6.
  • Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3–4 days; reheat gently on the stove.
