Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1½ tsp lemon pepper seasoning

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Pat chicken dry and season both sides with lemon pepper seasoning, garlic powder, and salt.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add chicken and cook for 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and add butter.
  5. Stir in minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  6. Add lemon juice and lemon zest, stirring to combine.
  7. Return chicken to the skillet and spoon garlic butter sauce over the top.
  8. Garnish if desired and serve warm.
