Instructions
- Pat chicken dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- In a shallow bowl, combine flour and Parmesan cheese. Dredge each chicken breast in the mixture, shaking off excess.
- Heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook for 4–5 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through. Transfer to a plate and cover to keep warm.
- In the same skillet, melt remaining 2 tablespoons butter. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds, until fragrant.
- Stir in chicken broth, lemon juice, and zest. Simmer for 2–3 minutes, scraping up any browned bits from the pan.
- Return chicken to the skillet and spoon the sauce over the top. Simmer for another minute to coat evenly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with pasta, rice, or roasted vegetables for a complete meal.
