Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- Place chicken in the baking dish in a single layer.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, lemon pepper seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Pour the lemon mixture evenly over the chicken, turning to coat well.
- Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and juicy.
- Optional: Broil for 2–3 minutes for lightly golden edges.
- Let rest for 5 minutes, garnish if desired, and serve warm.
