- 1 tbsp olive oil or butter
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella or provolone cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce (optional)
- Low-carb wraps or mozzarella cheese slices (for rolling)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onions and peppers, and sauté until soft and golden, about 5–6 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- Add sliced beef to the same skillet and cook until browned. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce if using.
- Mix the cooked vegetables back into the beef, then sprinkle cheese on top. Let it melt slightly and stir to combine.
- Lay out low-carb wraps or large cheese slices. Spoon a portion of the cheesesteak mixture onto each one and roll tightly.
- Optional: bake at 375°F (190°C) for 5–7 minutes to crisp up the edges or melt cheese further.
- Serve warm, with a side of sugar-free dipping sauce if desired.

- You can use low-carb wraps or mozzarella cheese slices for rolling to keep it keto-friendly.
