- 2 tbsp honey

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ tsp black pepper
- Optional garnish:
- 2 tbsp sliced green onions
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C) and line a large sheet pan with parchment paper or foil.
- Place chicken, pineapple, peppers, and onion on the sheet pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together teriyaki sauce, honey, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and black pepper.
- Drizzle glaze over everything and toss to coat evenly.
- Spread ingredients into a single layer.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and lightly caramelized.
- Optional: Broil for 2–3 minutes for extra glaze caramelization.
- Garnish if desired and serve warm over rice or quinoa.
