  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ small onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup milk
  • ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook bowtie pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain excess fat if needed.
  3. Add onion and sauté for 2–3 minutes until softened. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Stir in heavy cream and milk and bring to a gentle simmer.
  5. Add Parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Stir until smooth and creamy.
  6. Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss until fully coated in the sauce.
  7. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  8. Garnish if desired and serve warm.

  • Garnish with chopped parsley for color (optional).
