Garlic Butter Steak Bites and Potatoes come together in a quick, one-skillet dinner featuring juicy steak bites and crispy potatoes bathed in garlic butter for bold, irresistible flavor.
Ingredients

- 1½ lbs sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1½ lbs baby potatoes, halved
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add potatoes, season with half of the salt and pepper, and cook for 12–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden and fork-tender. Remove potatoes from skillet and set aside.
- Reduce heat to medium and add remaining olive oil and butter to the skillet.
- Add steak bites and season with remaining salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
- Cook steak for 2–3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your liking.
- Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Return potatoes to the skillet and toss everything together until coated in garlic butter. Cook for 1–2 minutes to heat through.
- Garnish if desired and serve immediately.
