- 12 oz pasta (spaghetti, fettuccine, or linguine)
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4–5 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 cups vegetable broth
- 1 cup milk
- ½ cup grated Parmesan
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt, to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Melt the butter: In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add liquids: Pour in vegetable broth and milk. Stir well.
- Add pasta: Add the pasta and gently separate the strands.
- Cook: Bring to a simmer. Cover and cook for 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender and most of the liquid has reduced.
- Finish: Stir in Parmesan, Italian seasoning, black pepper, and salt to taste. Mix until creamy and silky.
- Serve: Garnish with parsley and enjoy warm as a main dish or alongside your favorite proteins!
