- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook bowtie pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain excess fat if needed.
- Add butter to the skillet. Once melted, stir in onion and cook for 2–3 minutes until softened.
- Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and milk, stirring to combine. Bring to a gentle simmer.
- Stir in cheddar or mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning until smooth and creamy.
- Add cooked pasta and toss until evenly coated in the sauce.
- Simmer for 2–3 minutes until thickened.
- Garnish if desired and serve warm.

- Tip: You can substitute half-and-half for a lighter version, though creaminess will vary.
- Leftovers reheat well; store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
