Instructions

  1. Cook bowtie pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain excess fat if needed.
  3. Add butter to the skillet. Once melted, stir in onion and cook for 2–3 minutes until softened.
  4. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and milk, stirring to combine. Bring to a gentle simmer.
  6. Stir in cheddar or mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning until smooth and creamy.
