Description

Garlic Butter Beef Cheeseburger Rollups are the cheesy, juicy dinner upgrade your weeknight routine has been waiting for.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1½ cups shredded cheddar or American cheese
  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain excess fat if needed.
  3. Add onion and garlic to the skillet and sauté for 2–3 minutes until softened.
  4. Stir in salt, black pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  5. Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles.
  6. Spoon ground beef mixture onto each triangle and top with shredded cheese.
  7. Roll up tightly, starting from the wide end, and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  8. In a small bowl, mix melted butter and garlic powder. Brush generously over each rollup.
  9. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  10. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve warm.

Notes

  • You can substitute shredded mozzarella or pepper jack for a different cheesy flavor.
  • For a lighter version, use lean ground beef and reduced-fat cheese.
  • Prepare the beef filling ahead and refrigerate for up to 24 hours; rollups can be assembled just before baking.
  • Leftovers reheat well in a 350°F (175°C) oven for 6–8 minutes.
