Description

Garlic Bread Grilled Cheese: Crispy, buttery garlic bread wrapped around layers of gooey melted cheese for a quick, comforting meal.


Ingredients

  • 4 slices thick white bread
  • 3 tbsp softened butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar
  • 4 slices provolone

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix softened butter, minced garlic, and parsley until combined.
  2. Spread garlic butter evenly on one side of each slice of bread.
  3. Flip two slices over (butter side down). Layer mozzarella, cheddar, and provolone evenly on top.
  4. Place remaining slices on top, butter side facing outward.
  5. Heat a skillet over medium-low heat.
  6. Cook sandwiches 3–4 minutes per side, pressing gently, until golden brown and cheese is fully melted.
  7. Let rest 1 minute, slice, and serve warm.
