  • 1 lb smoked beef (ground)
  • 1 small head cabbage, chopped
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup sweet corn (frozen or canned)
  • 2 cups diced tomatoes (fresh or canned)
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 2 cups Fritos corn chips
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup creamy dressing (ranch or your favorite)

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and brown the smoked beef, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain excess fat.
  2. Stir in taco seasoning and cook for 1 minute.
