Ingredients

    • 1 cup beef pepperoni

    • 1 can (15 oz) black beans
    • drained and rinsed
    • 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
    • 1 cup corn kernels
    • frozen or canned
    • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    • 1 cup milk
    • 1 cup grape juice
    • 1 package (8 oz) crescent roll dough
    • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Brown ground beef in a skillet, drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in beef pepperoni, black beans, diced tomatoes, corn, and half the cheese; season with salt and pepper.
  4. Transfer mixture to a greased 9×13‑inch baking dish.
