Ingredients
- 2 cups uncooked pasta
- 1 pound smoked beef
- diced
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup grape juice
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl combine pasta, smoked beef, Alfredo sauce, grape juice, broccoli, half the cheese, salt and pepper; stir to coat.
- Grease a 9×13‑inch baking dish and pour mixture in.
- Top with remaining cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake 25 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake 10‑15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Cool slightly before serving.
