  • 4 large potatoes, sliced thin
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • Salt to taste
  • Butter for greasing

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. 2. Brown ground beef and onion in a skillet; season with salt.
  3. 3. Butter a 9×13 baking dish and layer half the potatoes.
