Easter Strawberry Cheesecake Dump Cake is a sweet, creamy, and unbelievably easy dessert that comes together with almost no effort, perfect for Easter gatherings and spring celebrations.

- 2 cans (21 oz each) strawberry pie filling
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened and cubed
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 box vanilla or white cake mix
- ½ cup butter, melted
- ½ tsp cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Spread strawberry pie filling evenly across the bottom of the baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Drop spoonfuls of the cheesecake mixture evenly over the strawberry layer.
- Sprinkle dry cake mix evenly over the top. Do not mix.
- Drizzle melted butter evenly over the cake mix, covering as much surface as possible.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon if using.
- Bake uncovered for 40–45 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
- Serve warm or chilled.
