- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 can (20 oz) pineapple chunks, drained
- 1 can (11 oz) mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 cup seedless grapes, halved
- ½ cup sweetened shredded coconut
- ½ cup maraschino cherries, drained and halved
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine whipped topping and sour cream until smooth.
- Stir in vanilla extract.
- Gently fold in pineapple, mandarin oranges, grapes, marshmallows, coconut, and cherries.
- Mix carefully to avoid breaking the fruit.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Stir gently before serving and garnish with extra cherries if desired.
