- 1 (16 oz) package frozen potato and cheese pierogies
- 14 oz kielbasa sausage, sliced into rounds (use turkey or beef kielbasa if preferred)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Lightly grease your slow cooker with butter or nonstick spray.
- In a medium bowl, mix together sour cream, cream cheese, melted butter, garlic, paprika, and pepper until smooth.
- Layer half of the frozen pierogies in the crockpot, followed by half of the kielbasa, onions, sauce mixture, and cheese.
- Repeat layers with the remaining ingredients.
- Cover and cook on Low for 4-5 hours or High for 2-3 hours, until heated through and bubbly.
- Stir gently before serving, garnish with parsley, and enjoy this creamy, cheesy perfection!
