Instructions

  1. Prep the slow cooker: Lightly spray or grease the crockpot.
  2. Add chicken + flavor: Place chicken, onion, garlic, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper into the crockpot.
  3. Add liquids: Pour in chicken broth, milk, and marinara or Alfredo sauce. Stir lightly.
  4. Cook: Cover and cook on LOW for 6 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.
  5. Shred chicken: Remove chicken, shred it, and return it to the crockpot.
  6. Add veggies + cheese: Stir in frozen veggies and cheese. Cook 10–15 more minutes until melted and warm.
