- 8 oz egg noodles
- 1 packet ranch seasoning
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup frozen peas (optional)
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain excess fat if needed.
- Stir in ranch seasoning, cream of mushroom soup, and beef broth. Mix well and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Add egg noodles directly into the skillet. Stir to coat in the sauce.
- Cover and cook for 8–10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until noodles are tender.
- Stir in shredded cheese until melted and creamy. Add peas if using and cook 1–2 more minutes.
- Let rest 5 minutes before serving. Garnish if desired and serve warm.
