  • 1 cup milk

  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan or mozzarella
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the beef: In a large pot or deep skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until browned. Drain excess grease.
  2. Add garlic & butter: Add butter and minced garlic. Cook 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Build the sauce: Stir in tomato paste, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add liquids + pasta: Pour in beef broth, milk, and heavy cream. Add pasta and stir to combine.
  5. Simmer: Bring to a gentle boil, then reduce heat. Cover and cook 12–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender and sauce has thickened.
  6. Make it creamy: Stir in shredded cheese until melted and silky.
