  • 1 bag (24 oz) frozen gluten free pierogies
  • 14 oz kielbasa sausage, sliced
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Lightly grease the crockpot.
  2. Add half of the frozen pierogies to the bottom.
  3. Layer half of the sliced kielbasa and half of the onion over the pierogies.
  4. Sprinkle with half of the cheddar cheese.
  5. Repeat layers with remaining pierogies, sausage, onion, and cheese.
  6. In a bowl, whisk together chicken broth, heavy cream, garlic powder, black pepper, and paprika.
  7. Pour mixture evenly over the layers.
