Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and chicken broth until smooth.
  3. Stir in the cooked chicken (and vegetables if using). Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly in the baking dish.
  5. Prepare stuffing according to package directions, or simply mix the dry stuffing with melted butter and a bit of hot water until moistened.
  6. Spoon the stuffing evenly over the chicken mixture.
  7. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, until the stuffing is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
