- 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded or cubed
- 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
- ½ cup sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 (6 oz) box stuffing mix (any variety)
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables or cooked broccoli (optional)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and chicken broth until smooth.
- Stir in the cooked chicken (and vegetables if using). Season with salt and pepper.
- Spread the mixture evenly in the baking dish.
- Prepare stuffing according to package directions, or simply mix the dry stuffing with melted butter and a bit of hot water until moistened.
- Spoon the stuffing evenly over the chicken mixture.
- Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, until the stuffing is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy warm and creamy comfort in every bite!

- Variation: use broccoli or mixed vegetables in the filling for extra color and nutrition.
