Creamy Cajun Chicken Pasta is a bold, easy five-ingredient weeknight dinner.

- 12 oz pasta (penne or fettuccine)
- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Cook pasta in salted water according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- Season chicken evenly with Cajun seasoning.
- Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until golden and fully cooked, about 5–7 minutes.
- Lower heat and pour in heavy cream. Simmer 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Stir in Parmesan until melted and smooth.
- Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss until fully coated in the creamy Cajun sauce.
- Serve hot and enjoy every bold, creamy bite.
Notes
- Tip: For a lighter version, substitute half-and-half or milk for heavy cream and reduce the Parmesan.
- Want more heat? Add an extra pinch of Cajun seasoning or a few dashes of hot sauce.
