Creamy Cajun Chicken Pasta is a bold, easy five-ingredient weeknight dinner.


Ingredients

  • 12 oz pasta (penne or fettuccine)
  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta in salted water according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season chicken evenly with Cajun seasoning.
  3. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until golden and fully cooked, about 5–7 minutes.
  4. Lower heat and pour in heavy cream. Simmer 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  5. Stir in Parmesan until melted and smooth.
  6. Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss until fully coated in the creamy Cajun sauce.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy every bold, creamy bite.

Notes

  • Tip: For a lighter version, substitute half-and-half or milk for heavy cream and reduce the Parmesan.
