- 12 oz pasta (penne, rotini, or fettuccine)
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup beef broth
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved (optional)
- ½ cup spinach or mushrooms (optional)
- Fresh parsley or basil, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain excess fat if needed.
- Add onion and garlic to the skillet and sauté for 2–3 minutes until fragrant and softened.
- Stir in Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Pour in heavy cream and beef broth, stirring to combine. Simmer for 5–7 minutes until the sauce slightly thickens.
- Add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and creamy.
- Mix in cooked pasta, along with optional vegetables if using. Toss until everything is well coated.
- Simmer for 2–3 minutes, adjust seasoning if needed, and remove from heat.
- Garnish with fresh herbs and serve warm.

- Optional vegetables: halved cherry tomatoes, spinach or mushrooms can be stirred in for extra color and nutrition.
- Garnish with fresh parsley or basil for a bright finish.
- Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
