Instructions

- Season the chicken: Pat chicken breasts dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, and paprika.

- Make the creamy sauce: In a medium bowl, mix softened cream cheese, chicken broth, mozzarella (or Parmesan), garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning until smooth and creamy.
- Assemble: Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.
- Bake: Place in the oven and bake for 25–30 minutes, until chicken is cooked through (internal temp 165°F/74°C) and sauce is bubbly and golden.
- Serve: Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm over rice, mashed potatoes, or steamed veggies.
